Who controls your information

What we collect and why

We may collect your name, email address, account details, newsletter choices, support messages, purchase references, website usage, device information and IP address. We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide purchased resources, answer messages, prevent fraud, improve the website and send marketing only where you have consented.

We process this information to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and where applicable based on your consent.

Who receives it

Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, email, analytics and customer support, with professional advisers, and with authorities where required by law. Paddle receives purchase information as Merchant of Record to process sales, payments, tax, invoices, refunds and subscription management where applicable.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described, including legal, accounting and security requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Appropriate access controls, encryption and organisational safeguards are used to protect it.

International transfers and your rights
