Who you are buying from

These terms are between you and Nadia Saki, trading as NadiaSakii. By using this website or purchasing a resource, you agree to these terms.

Your purchase and licence

Digital resources are for your personal learning use. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the material. You may not resell, redistribute, copy for others or claim the work as your own.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax, billing and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Access may be suspended or ended for non-payment, fraud or security risk, a material breach, or repeated serious misuse.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site or its resources unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, to distribute malware, to probe security, or to scrape or interfere with the service.

Ownership and availability

Nadia Saki retains ownership of the website, learning resources, documentation and branding. We take care to keep the service useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Educational resources do not replace current legislation, contract wording, professional advice or your provider’s requirements.
